- As a self-published author, I sometimes participate in events where photographs may be taken to document and promote my work. I rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis for processing these images, as they serve to promote my work and future educational activities. Care has been taken to ensure that:
- No children are named or otherwise personally identified.
- The images are used solely for promotional and informational purposes related to my work as an author.
- Any concerns raised by parents, guardians, or the school regarding the use of these images will be promptly addressed, including the option for removal upon request.
